Kumasi Asante kotoko fans have won the maiden edition of African soccer zone fantasy club fans knockout competition by defeating Hearts of oak fans with a landslide victory
The competition that was participated by 64 club which include Al Ahly, TP Mazembe, Simba FC, Yanga, Medeama, Orlando Pirates, Kano Pillars, Kaizer Chiefs etc fans, was organize by an online portal African fan zone on facebook which was keenly contested by all.
Asante Kotoko fans emerged winners after amassing 11,877 votes which represent 56% as against 9420 votes representing 44% for Hearts of oak fans
The online portal took to their facebook page to declare and congratulate the winner, and all those who participated
“CONGRATULATIONS to the FANS of Asante Kotoko Sporting Club 🇬🇭 for winning the maiden edition of the 'African Soccer Zone Fantasy CLUBS FANS KNOCKOUT competition'.
“A job well done to the FANS of Accra Hearts of Oak 🇬🇭 as well not forgetting the FANS of Simba SC Tanzania 🇹🇿 NguvuMoja and Young Africans Sports Club 🇹🇿 for getting behind their teams.
“To the teaming suppporters of all the 64 clubs that participated, we say THANK YOU!.”
