Kwame Kyei Fulfills Promise, settles Esperance debt fully before deadline- Report

The world governing body last month, instructed in their ruling that, Asante Kotoko pays $240000 to Esperance for illegal transfer of Emmanuel Clottey in 2015. 

FIFA had said, failure for the Porcupines to pay the amount by 10th May 2020, will lead to a transfer ban and subsequently a demotion into the second tier of the Ghana league 

Reports this morning say, the Executive board chairman of Asante Kotoko Dr.Kwame Kyei has fulfilled his promise by paying off the full amount of $240,000.00 declared by the FIFA disciplinary committee.

The Porcupines Warriors were given 30 days to settle the debt else attract a ban from registering new players.
