BOMSHELL: AFTER READING THROUGH THE LINES, THE PHOBIA VANGUARD HAS CALLED ON FREDERICK MOORE TO RESPOND TO THEIR QUERIES

It has come to the attention of the PHOBIA VANGUARD that Hearts of Oak  MD- Mr FREDERICK MOORE is refusing to sign some key players identify and shortlisted by Coach Edward Odoom which have  duly been approved & sanctioned by the Heart of Oak Board for the following reasons:

1.That Mr Moore is managing some players including one of the shortlisted strikers who is on verge of joining the club.

The current Board chairman made it clear and is well  documented in the club's guidelines that it's a conflict of interest hence criminal  for a club Official to be a Manager of Player in the Team.

 Q1, Is Frederick Moore Managing Abednego Tetteh hence fear of a strong competition from a player like DERRICK SASRAKU will worry his client (Player)? hence SASRAKU'S link and transfer to Hearts is in limbo and maybe heading to a rival club in our domestic league?

Q2.The Vanguard have also learnt that the Heart Chieftain- Frederick Moore is housing some Nigeria players(footballers) in his personal(private) house at ASHAIMAN most of  whom have been on trails with the team since and continue under perform with their justify or convince the Technical Crew and fans alike  to merit their signing on by the Club?
