Former Inter Allies midfielder Prince Baffoe was in the news last week over his SSNIT issue
Baffoe had alleged that his former employers deducted SSNIT contribution while he was working with them but as he speak he do not know the whereabout of hisbcontributions
Baffoe went on to say, he was a bit confused whenever he was told of the deductions because he didnt give his SSNIT number out to them
Since the news came out, PRO for Club, Gyan Mantey has responded saying, the only deductions from Baffoe’s salaries at the time was tax component and not SSNIT
Others adviced that the player should go to SSNIT office to cross check, he did and the records there shows deductions that was done when he was plying his trade at Kotoko and not at inter Allies
Source close to this portal say, Baffoe has Contacted Ruben Adjettey who was the team manager and was the one responsible for paying the players including Baffoe,
Adjettey has promised to go into the matter and resolve it.
Responding to the PRO’s comments, Baffoe said,
“at the time, the team manager who was paying my salary categorically said the deductions were tax and SSNIT so i dont know what the PRO is talking about”
The 26-year-old joined inter Allies from Asante kotoko in 2015.
