Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko midfield dynamo, Kwame Bonsu 'Conte' reveals he isn't happy with the way his transfer to Esparance de Tunis has come by.
Conte relaunched his footballing career by putting up a remarkable performance for Asante Kotoko during their CAF Confederation Cup campaign in 2019. This earned him a move to the most successful club in Tunisia, Esperance de Tunis.
His move to Esperance has caused a lot of confusion after it was made known that his transfer fee hasn't been paid by his current club to Asante Kotoko.
Speaking with Silver 98.3 FM, Conte said "I asked our management (Esperance)and they told me it is true they haven't paid the money because Kotoko owe them on a transfer in player Emmanuel Clottey, and this worries me a lot because my name would always be mentioned."
On how he was able to relaunch his career, he said "It is all about determination, hard work and personal training."
