Administrative Manager of Dreams Ameenu Shadow has hit back at critics who are of the view that nothing at all has change at the GFA after Kurt Okraku administration took over last October
In a Oofeesto Dairies hosted by Journalists Jude Acheampong and Coach Opeele on Facebook, Ameenu listed 9 key changes since his former boss took the helm of affairs at the football governing body in Ghana and assured more changes
“1. Proper appointments especially with regards to investors in women football
2. Unprecedented financial support for clubs in Premier, First Division and Women’s premier without sponsorship.
3. Instilling of discipline in the system through formulation of relevant and tight regulations.
4. Logistical support to clubs with unprecedented number of balls for clubs in Premier, First Division and Women’s Premier.
5. Enhanced and retooling of communication department with acquisition of modern gadgets to aid their work.
6. Enhanced PR of all products of the FA i.e the league, FA Cup, Division One, women’s Premier and national teams.
7. Unprecedented financial and logistical support for RFA’s.
8. Enhanced dispute resolution system.
9. Unprecedented coverage to women’s football.
This and many more done within a record four months in office and yet some don’t see changes.
They however must be rest assured, that at this rate, the ‘change’ the seek to see or experience will be so overwhelming by the third year.”
